Privacy

What this website collects.

Almost nothing — and we would rather say so plainly than show you a consent dialogue that implies otherwise.

Last updated 23 August 2026

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session storage and no fingerprinting. The page is static HTML with no JavaScript at all, the typefaces are served from this domain, and the content security policy blocks third-party requests outright.

That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. A cookie banner would be the first thing on this site to store data on your device, and it would be storing it only to remember that you had been asked.

Who is responsible

Anhuret s.r.o. is the data controller for this website and for Bayescope. You can reach us at bayescope@anhuret.com with any question about this notice or about how we handle your information.

If you ask for an assessment

The assessment form asks for your name, work email, organisation, an optional phone number, and whatever you tell us about what you would like assessed. We use it to reply to you and to arrange a first conversation, on the basis that you asked us to — you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Nothing is recorded until you confirm. When you submit the form we send a single confirmation link to the address you gave; your enquiry reaches us only when you click it, and an unconfirmed enquiry is never stored, never delivered and expires within 48 hours. That link is how we check the address is real, which is why there is no captcha and nothing from a third party on the page.

A confirmed enquiry is emailed to us and recorded in our own invoicing system so we can follow it up. We keep it for as long as we are in contact and any record-keeping obligation on us requires. We do not use it to market to you unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or share it.

The form sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It runs no JavaScript, and it posts to this same domain — nothing about your enquiry passes through anyone else on the way.

If you email us

The contact links on this site open your own email client. Apart from the assessment form, nothing is submitted through the website itself.

When you email us we receive whatever you send: your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of our correspondence, and we keep it for as long as that purpose lasts and any record-keeping obligation on us requires. We do not use it to market to you unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or share it.

Email reaches us through our mail provider, who processes it on our instructions in order to deliver and store it.

Server logs

This site is served from infrastructure we operate ourselves. It is not behind a content delivery network and it is not hosted by an advertising company. We do not keep web-server access logs for it, so visits are not recorded against your IP address.

Our provider may hold transient network-level records as part of operating the connection, as any provider does; we do not use them to build a picture of who visited.

The Bayescope application

The product itself is a separate matter from this website. Bayescope runs on our customers' own infrastructure or on a dedicated instance, and a customer's data stays there — the analysis engine is designed to work with no network egress at all. If you are a user of a customer's Bayescope instance, that customer is the controller of the data in it and their privacy notice governs it, not this one. The application does set a session cookie when you sign in, which is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and is not used for tracking.

Your rights

If we hold personal data about you, you can ask us for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email bayescope@anhuret.com and we will respond.

If you think we have handled your information badly we would like the chance to put it right, and you are also entitled to complain to the data protection supervisory authority in your country.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics or anything else that stores information on your device, we will ask for your consent before it runs, not after — no pre-ticked boxes, no "by continuing you agree", and refusing will be as easy as accepting. This page will say what changed and when.
